Acquired perforating dermatosis successfully treated with dupilumab

Acquired perforating dermatosis (APD) is a disorder of transepidermal elimination keratin, collagen or elastic fibers. APD mainly associated with diabetes mellitus and chronic kidney disease. We present the case 66-year-old male, poorly controlled diabetic peripheral arterial disease, obesity, hypertension, Cushing's syndrome disease requiring hemodialysis who develops an acquired dermatosis. Due to patient's comorbidities, treatment corticosteroids, cyclosporine phototherapy not possible. He does respond gabapentinoids allopurinol. The outbreaks skin lesions pruritus were accentuated in situations renal function deterioration; however, did improve her dermatosis, causing great deterioration quality life. It was decided start dupilumab dosage used atopic dermatitis, achieving complete response both lesions. With this case, we want show how can be effective tool treat
